Hollingsworths - entree (Mexican chicken dish)

Needed: rice, chips/dip, beans, dessert

Jaye will be back! WooHoo!! Our friend Jenna may come, too. She's one of the girls Mike tutored this semester. I'll get Mike to try and find out if she's for sure coming. This will also be Henry's last week with us. He's moving to B'ham for a summer job. This may also be Erin's last week, too, but I'm not sure.
