June 2

Mike and I will be leaving town the next day (June 3), and we don't need to keep any leftovers. The Rifenburgs will be gone to St. Simon.

We have several eggs that need to be eaten, so we can make waffles or french toast next week. How does that sound?

Everyone gives this recipe five stars! There's a picture, too. I'll bet we could even add ice cream on it for dessert.

  3. I vote for the waffles too! And I'll volunteer to cook the eggs, scrambled, over easy, medium, or well. Do we need to bring milk or OJ to drink? If not, we can bring ice cream.

  4. Amy and I will be ok with anything. I'm not sure if I'll be there. I'm trying to recover from a bad cold I picked up on our trip. Let us know what we can bring (unfortunately we didn't bring back genuine Canadian maple syrup for the whole group!).
